Each year, the Ben Rush PTA publishes a Student Directory so students can reach friends and classmates outside of school hours. Here are some important points about the directory and information sheet:
Only Ben Rush families and staff will receive the Ben Rush Student Directory. The information contained in the directory will not be disclosed to outside parties.
Each Ben Rush Family will receive one Student Directory free of charge, courtesy of your PTA. There will be a $5.00 charge for any additional copies.
If all the information is the same as last year, simply list your child's name(s) and email the directory editor at
communications@benrushpta.org to let her know "No Changes".
If you do not return a form, your child's name will be included without contact information.
To exclude your child from the directory entirely (no name or contact information), initial option #4.
The telephone number should be the home phone number for your student, not an emergency number. The area code for telephone numbers will be assumed to be 425 unless otherwise written.
