--CANNED FOOD DRIVE. February 6-10 (Monday through Friday) we will be collecting canned food to donate to Redmond Hopelink. Drop your cans off in front of the office in the hallway! PTA GENERAL MEETING - we will vote on new bylaws and approve the nominating committee at our next general meeting on Thursday, February 9, 2012. (Yes, that's concurrent with Bingo Night. Share the kid supervision duties with a neighbor, come to the General Meeting, too!) Community Service Week - Rush PTA is supporting a week-long service week to help inform our children about the importance of taking care of others in our community...blanket tying activity on Saturday, February 4th and Food Drive from Feb. 6-10th. Safe Arrival: 425-936-2691  If your student will be late or absent, please call the Ben Rush Safe Arrival Hot-Line. Safe Arrival will call home if a student does not arrive at school. The Ben Rush Parent Teacher Association is an important part of the Ben Rush Elementary School community. We recruit and manage volunteers to support the many programs at Ben Rush. We also support activities not funded by state and district budgets.
